On March 1, SCC's 2022 First "Lunch with the General Manager" Communication Event was held at the Shenzhen Longgang Manufacturing Base. Zhou Jinqun, general manager of SCC, had in-depth discussions with the business partners, core chip teams, frontline managers and employee representatives of various business divisions of the factories of the divisions, and learned about the employees' opinions.
"Last year, we improved some of the issues raised by you. Have you persevered?" At the beginning of the communication meeting, Zhou Jinqun paid great attention to the improvement effect and the feelings of the employees, then learned about the status of the improvement of the program on raising the employees' sense of gain in the factories, and had in-depth discussions with the attendees on employee environment improvement, human resources efficiency improvement, workflow optimization and personal development, for the purpose of exploring better solutions.
Zhou Jinqun handled official business on the spot, and on the site, he designated the person in charge of the key issues reported by the employees. He said that the problems reported by employees may not be solved immediately, but they are always high on the agenda of SCC. He hoped that the Trade Union, the Department of Human Resources, the frontline managers and other teams which have more contact with the employees would take proactive measures with their colleagues, make concrete, meticulous and effective efforts in the frontline work, accurately identify the problems and difficulties encountered by the employees, give timely feedback, actively communicate with the employees and guide them correctly, help them make improvement and solve the problems, form a long-term mechanism, serve the SCC employees well, and actively play the role of a communication hub, so that everyone in SCC can work with dignity and live a better life.
