The 15th Lean Sharing Conference of the PCB Division of SCC Was Successfully Held

On February 23, the 15th Lean Release of the PCB Division of SCC was successfully held at the Longgang Manufacturing Base. The attendees in Wuxi and Nantong participated in the conference via video link. Zhang Lihua, deputy general manager of SCC and general manager of the PCB Division, and middle and senior managers of the PCB Division attended the conference.

The sharing conference first summarized the lean and cost work of the PCB Division in 2021, and reported the plan for the operation management in 2022. Subsequently, nine representatives from the PCB factories in three places shared their experience in lean improvement from the two dimensions - cost & design & operation, as well as intelligent manufacturing & lean.

Finally, considering the shortcomings of cost and efficiency work in 2021, Chen Yuchun proposed "three requirements" from the perspective of human resources efficiency: firstly, we must take early action and earn early income; secondly, the professionals must do their jobs in a professional manner; and thirdly, we must reduce the employees’ burdens by focusing on advancing intelligent manufacturing. The factories should learn from the excellent ones with a zeroing mentality, and strive to build industry-leading intelligent manufacturing digital factories.
