  On October 23rd, the 12th China International Semiconductor Expo & Summit (IC China 2012) was opened in No. 1 Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo Theme Pavilion. As the manufacturing and R & D unit of the national science and technology major project, high-density IC packaging substrate and its supporting project, SCC participated in the expo with the IC packaging substrate products which were latest developed and have realized industrial production, and was selected as "Top 10 Most Growing Semiconductor Enterprises in China”.


  "IC China” is an annual event of the semiconductor industry in china and even the world. It is sponsored by China Semiconductor Industry Association (CSIA), China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Electronic Information Industry Branch, and Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Committee (SHEITC). The theme of "IC China 2012”is "Accelerating Innovation and Development to Support Emerging Industries”, attracting more than 200 semiconductor enterprises to participate. With the latest IC packaging substrate products and the highlights and advantages of one-stop service from design to production, assembly and packaging test, SCC attracted the attention of many clients.


  During the expo, Peng Hongbing, Deputy Director of the Electronic Information Department of the State Ministry of Industry and Information, Xu Xiaotian, Executive Director of CSIA, and other leaders visited the SCC booth. They carefully listened to the introduction of the operation situation of SCC products and packaging substrate projects, and highly appraised the contribution that SCC has made to the development of national semiconductor industry.
