The 2021 Hazardous Chemical Supplier Safety Training Was Successfully Held

On September 25, SCC held the 2021 annual hazardous chemical safety training and awareness-raising workshop at Shenzhen Longgang Manufacturing Base. A total of 73  delivery personnel representatives from 24 hazardous chemical suppliers participated in the safety training.

The training first introduced the definition, classification and packaging of hazardous chemicals, the qualification requirements for transportation vehicles, and the qualification requirements for transportation practitioners, etc., and then focused on introducing the laws and regulations related to hazardous chemicals and the hazardous chemicals safety management system of SCC. Finally, the workshop focused on raising the suppliers’ safety awareness in terms of the requirements for shipping hazardous chemicals to the factory, including the requirements for delivering, unloading and receiving hazardous chemicals. After the training was completed, SCC organized a training test, and all the trainees passed the test.

The purpose of this safety training and test is to raise the awareness of laws and regulations of the delivery personnel of hazardous chemical suppliers, help the partners develop a deeper understanding of SCC’s management requirements for hazardous chemicals, and promote the safe and standardized operation of hazardous chemical suppliers in SCC.
