On September 10, Shennan Circuits Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SCC") organized a series of activities for the Teachers' Day under the theme of "Thank You for Developing Talent for SCC" in Shenzhen, Wuxi and Nantong at the same time, to express their gratitude to the internal trainers.

For the purpose of thanking the internal trainers for their contributions to the development of SCC and the growth of employees, and promote the culture of "honoring the teachers and respecting their work", the Human Resources Department planned a series of activities for “Thanking the Teachers” in advance, provided the internal trainers with customized gifts, blessing screensavers and thank-you cards for the Teachers' Day, and launched offline teacher enabling activities for the first time, to express gratitude through real actions. At the event, 62 newly certified internal trainers received their certificates. By playing games, sending flowers, and handwritten thank-you cards, the employees extended their blessings and care to their trainers, thus building a bridge of friendship for greater affinity and mutual understanding, and enhancing the cohesion of the team.

In order to provide good talent services, SCC will continue to improve the professional skills of internal trainers, help them "bring their talent into full play in preparing and giving lectures", better enable the employees, create a teacher culture in which everyone can be a teacher, and better give a strong pillar for the talent development of SCC.
