On May 18 and 28, the "Core Gardener" Internal Trainer Curriculum Development Workshop of Shennan Circuits opened in Shenzhen and Nantong respectively to empower more than 70 internal trainers.

For the first time, the workshop was conducted based on the combination of case development and micro-course development.In case development, real cases at Shennan Circuits were taught, and internal trainers were taken into real scenes to better understand and master knowledge.Micro-course development was carried out in the form of online courses, which helped the trainees handle conflicts between work and study, and improved the efficiency of internal training through fragmented learning.

In 2021, the company's internal trainer project will continue to focus on skills upgrading to promote resource platform and atmosphere building, and help the Company build a learning organization in which everyone teaches and helps each other.
