SCC Awarded Title of "AA" Enterprise by Customs

  Recently, SCC was recognized by the General Administration of Customs, P.R. China (GACC) and awarded the title of “AA” enterprise, indicating that the comprehensive strength of SCC was highly recognized by GACC and would obtain more preferential treatment.

 

　　According to Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Classified Management of Enterprises, GACC shall conduct comprehensive grading assessment on  internal control, financial condition, import and export compliance, trade security of enterprises, and set five management levels such as AA, A, B, C and D, of which,  “AA” is the highest level. In 2001, SCC obtained the title of “A” enterprise. After 11 years of development and efforts, SCC has made improvement and breakthrough in its comprehensive strength, and therefore, joined the ranks of "AA" enterprises. This means that SCC will obtain low inspection rate, priority clearance, security release, special assistance and other convenient treatments from the customs. At the same time, with the conversion of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) system in the Global Trade Security and Facilitation Standard Framework by World Customs Organization (WCO) into domestic system, next, SCC can not only enjoy all customs clearance preferential measures in China but also enjoy “Trust release” treatment in other contracting countries. These will help SCC greatly to improve customs clearance efficiency, reduce customs costs and enhance market competitiveness.
