The Choir of Sounds of Nature Easily Wins the Championship in the Singing Contest of "Harmonious Sounds" Organized by Shahe Sub-district

   On the evening of September 16, SCC's Choir of Sounds of Nature once again won honor in the Workers' Singing Contest of "Harmonious Sounds" for Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of Nanshan District; it easily won the championship with its powerful strength and absolute superiority. This is the second time that the Choir of Sounds of Nature won honor in a large public chorus contest after it won the Silver Award for its Performance in the 1st Shenzhen Choir Festival on August 20.

 

   There were 15 teams participating in the contest. Each team sang two songs. "A Folk Song to the Party" and "Heavenly Road", the two songs selected by SCC's Choir of Sounds of Nature, were arranged as the grand finale. As the performer ofthe grand finale of the whole contest, SCC's Choir of Sounds of Nature was highly expected by the organizing committee and the audience. After the two songs selected were sung, the host even invited the Choir of Sounds of Nature to sing another song outside of the planned list. The Choir of Sounds of Nature was the only team which was requested to additionally sing a song. Finally, by virtue of its consistent and passionate performance, the Choir of Sounds of Nature won the first prize of the contest with absolute superiority.


　　Next, the Choir of Sounds of Nature will also take part in the chorus contest for celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of Nanshan District organized by Nanshan District.
