Report from our correspondent (Reporter Huang Yan) On the evening of August 25, the public-interest activity of "Free Lectures Given to Communities and Enterprises" organized by Longgang District Women's Federation was conducted in the Longgang factory area of SCC; more than 100 employees from different departments  and production processes attended the lecture.

 This lecture was themed on "creating a positive mindset". First, the training expert taught the trainees to sing a chorus Towards Revival; in the inspiring and exciting melodies, the trainees learned to use music to relieve stress. After that, the training expert, from the perspective of “shaping employees' mindset through psychological adjustments", told the trainees to face the work and life with a positive attitude.

　　In recent years, as the social environment pressure is too heavy, SCC pays great attention to the healthy development of its employees while pursuing rapid development. In addition to organizing various activities to enrich employees' lives, SCC has effectively integrated external resources, drawn support from more professional strength to provide guarantees for employees' growth, and built a wider platform.
