Report from our correspondent (Reporter Liu Weijuan) At 9: 00 am on July 23, "From Good to Great" Training Camp of SCC's Senior Managers kicked off in the training room on the fifth floor of the Nanshan factory building. SCC's leaders at and above the department supervisor and manager level took part in the two-day special training session of Human Resources Management for Non-HR Managers.

The training teacher, from the perspective of a non-HR manager, stressed the necessity and importance of a department manager' active participation in selecting, employing, training and retaining the employees of the department. Meanwhile, focusing on different stages and characteristics of the growth of different personnel in the enterprise, the training teacher organized group discussions, and conducted a simulation demonstration on the spot, so that the trainees could have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of human resource management in the enterprise.

        With sustained and rapid development of SCC, SCC has also placed increased demands on the management level of the managers. In addition to this special training, the subsequent training camps will also organize special training on strategic management, team building, leadership art, and production operations, which will last for about two years.
