SCC Gains two awards at the 13th China Semiconductor Expo

　　From 9th to 11th of November, the 13th China Semiconductor Expo & IC China 2015 was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center, and as the exhibitor for semiconductor packaging materials and service, SCC assigned Kong Lingwen, Chief Engineer, to lead a team for participation, and gained two major awards including "The Best Creative Design of Exhibition Stand" and "Excellent Exhibition Product".

 

　　As the representative unit of the 02 special project, SCC is also the core force for supplying RF products of such project and one of the substrate suppliers with the most competitiveness within China. In recent years, with its unremitting effort and rapid development in semiconductor field, SCC has already been widely recognized and highly praised within the industry. In this expo, SCC's exhibition stand was awarded as “The Best Creative Design of Exhibition Stand", and the 4G PA substrate for exhibition was awarded as "Excellent Exhibition Product".
