Report from our correspondent (Reporter Chen Hongjian) On the afternoon of July 7, SCC held the exchange meeting of"face to face with the general manager". 104 newly employed college graduates of 2010 cohort had face-to-face exchanges with General Manager You Lei.  General Manager You hoped that these college graduates would quickly adapt to their working roles and realize their respective ideals in SCC.

　　At the meeting, General Manager You Lei first introduced to these college graduates about SCC's development history, current business situation and future development plan. Combining with his own experience, General Manager You Lei also provided a lot of experience and guidance on how these college students can quickly realize the transformation of their roles and improve the adaptability to the new environment. In the subsequent interaction session, these college students had exchanges with General Manager You on the bewilderment they encounter in their work and life. At the meeting, General Manager You stressed that SCC is a responsible enterprise which respects and values people with talent. He hoped that these college students would quickly understand and adapt to the working environment of SCC and realize the transformation of their roles.
