On the evening of July 21, at the conference of commending top 10 youths and youth job experts of CATIC Shenzhen held in Longgang factory, Wu Fengwu, Vice Manager of the Department of Production and Planning of Factory I of SCC, and Xiao Sheng, Senior Project Manager of the Department of Production and Planning of Factory II of SCC, won the honorary title of "CATIC Shenzhen Top 10 Youths"; five colleagues including Sun Jian, Leng Zhigao, Liao Zhongkai, Zhang Zedong, and Zhu Haijun won honorary title of "CATIC Shenzhen Youth Job Experts". At the conference, on behalf of the employees who were awarded, Wu Fengwu also read theInitiative, in which he called upon that the young employees of CATIC Shenzhen should, under the leadership of CATIC Shenzhen and SCC, hold high the youth torch,  implement the outlook of scientific development in an all-round way, and contribute their youth and strength to the great practice of promoting CATIC Shenzhen to develop from a first-class enterprise to a leading enterprise.

      The work for selecting top 10 youths and youth job experts of CATIC Shenzhen was officially started in July 2008. Firstly, the member enterprises of CATIC Shenzhen carefully recommended the candidates, and then the evaluation group conducted strict assessment. On such a basis, the Executive Committee of CATIC Shenzhen finally determined the persons selected and the awards. The employees who were awarded won the praise of everyone, because in their respective job positions they studied assiduously, worked hard, conscientiously devoted to their work, and showed the style of SCC's youth with their excellent competencies and outstanding achievements.
