In order to thank all the trainees for their contributions to the Company's cost reduction, efficiency increase and quality improvement during the Program, the 2022 SCC Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Cohorts 1 to 4 Commencement Ceremony was successfully held in Shenzhen, Wuxi and Nantong on August 8.

A total of 376 trainees from the Yellow Belt Training Camps of Cohorts 1 to 4 in 2022 participated in the training. Through the enabling tools and methods and a 3-month project practice, after  comprehensive evaluation conducted by the experts and judges of management innovation organizations from such aspects as project results, tool mastery, and performance during the training, a total of 315 projects were successfully closed, including 146 efficiency increase projects and 169 quality improvement projects, with a graduation rate of 84%.

At the event, the trainees received exclusive medals and graduation certificates. The outstanding trainee representatives shared their learning experiences, and the guest speakers extended their best wishes to the graduated trainees and encouraged them to actively apply the tools and methods they learned to solve more practical problems in their work. In the future, the Company will continue to carry out Lean Six Sigma-related enabling training, encourage more colleagues to bring their projects with them when participating in the training, and continue to create value for the Company.
