The Tug-of-War Competition of the Employees of PCB Shenzhen Plants I and II is Successfully Concluded

From April 26 to 29, 2022, PCB Shenzhen Plants I and II respectively organized the tug-of-war competition of the employees in the basketball court of the Longgang Manufacturing Base. A total of 34 teams participated in the competition.

PCB Shenzhen Plants I took the stage of production or department as the unit, and a total of 24 teams participated in the competition. The participating teams competed in a round-robin knockout, and were ranked based on random matching and round-robin accumulated points. After two days of intense team competition, three teams representing Drilling 1, Technical Department and Solder Mask won the championship, runner-up and third runner-up respectively, and IPQC won the best organization award.

PCB Shenzhen Plants II took the department or production section as the unit, and a total of 10 teams participated in the competition. After two days of fierce competition, the Front Section finally won the championship, the End Section and Drilling won the runner-up and third runner-up respectively, and the Maintenance Group won the best organization award.

In order to further improve employees' work-life balance, since 2022, the Trade Union of Shennan Circuits Co., Ltd. takes the lead to increase support for competitive sports events, which not only enriches employees' spare time life, but also promotes employees' physical and mental health, and strengthens mutual understanding and friendship between the departments and the stages of production.
