On July 8, "DO IT TOGETHER" - 2021 Shennan Circuits Corporate Culture Day Event (hereinafter referred to as the "2021 Corporate Culture Day Event") was successfully concluded in Shenzhen Longgang Manufacturing Base. More than 450 people, including middle and senior managers of Shennan Circuits Co., Ltd. (SCC), gold medal employees and key employee representatives in Shenzhen, attended the meeting.

      The 2021 Corporate Culture Day Event was first launched in Wuxi SCC on July 3; it was held in Nantong SCC on July 5; and Shenzhen city was the final stop. At the meeting, the leader of SCC reported and summarized the business situation in the first half of the year, and put forward requirements for the work in the second half of the year, encouraging all SCC people to continue to work hard and overcome difficulties and build a competitive strengths of SCC in the complex external environment.

      All the three venues of 2021 Corporate Culture Day in Wuxi, Nantong and Shenzhen held a grand awarding ceremony for the gold medal employees who had been employed for 10 or 20 years in 2021. In order to express our gratitude to the gold medal employees, this year’s Corporate Culture Day specially produced the gold medal feature film "Every Person is Remarkable". The "wise sayings" of gold medal employees were designed as a photo memorial wall; the gold medal setting was customized; and special gifts and blessings were presented to the husband-and-wife gold medal employees.

      Under the theme of "Refreshing", this year's TED sharing conference focused on thinking-shift, breakthroughs and grow-up.The sharers from all posts and levels showed their dedication, commitment, great sense of mission and infinite love with simple language and sincere stories, so that everyone could see ordinary but remarkable people shining in SCC.

      Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s Corporate Culture Day Event in Shenzhen conformed to the principle of simplicity. However, the Event was grandly held in Wuxi and Nantong, with fascinating highlights, including food courts, fun sports games, and garden party.A variety of cuisines with local features were most popular with the employees and their family members. The middle and high-level managers with smiles personally provided services for all participants, becoming the most beautiful scenery in the food court. There were many fun activities at the garden party, including fishing, swing vehicle, VR panoramic experience, and straw hat painting. The family mobilization could always find a game that suits you. The atmosphere of the fun games was lively, and the participating teams competed hard. Sweat and laughter blended, harmonizing the team atmosphere and strengthening the unity of the team.In the ocean of joy, all participants celebrated the carnival that belonged to the SCC people.
