On December 9th, the half-year 2011 New Supervisor Skills Upgrade Training Camp successfully closed in the interpretation of Corporate Development Strategy by General Manager Yang Zhicheng. 36 students completed all the courses and action learning programmes and successfully obtained the Certificate of Completion.
To help the new supervisor complete the transition from “Self Management” to “Team Management", the Company identifies and matches training needs from four dimensions, i.e. self-management, team management, management thinking and management method, and adopts the approach of "classroom teaching, after-school salon sharing and action learning” to help students master knowledge and apply the learned knowledge to the actual work. It is understood that the qualification rate of the whole class of “SCC Phase I” reached 90%, and one outstanding class cadre and four outstanding students were selected.
At the graduation ceremony, Yang Zhicheng emphasized that supervisors, as grass-root managers, played an important role in connecting the preceding with the following. He hoped that the new supervisors would discipline themselves, apply their knowledge and make contributions to the development of the Company.
