“ChipGardener” Program Formally Launched

   On March 14th, the SCC “ChipGardener” program was formally launched, and 25 “Gold Course” lecturers received the skill training on Enterprise Curriculum Development and Design.

 

　　The "ChipGardener” program is a training program designed according to the training system, with the combination of strategic requirements of the Company, aiming to create the “Gold Course” and “Gold Lecturer” of SCC. The HR Department conducted research on the staff's course demand at the early stage, and finally selected 9 “Gold Courses” including Introduction of Development Strategy of SCC, Problem Analysis and Resolution, etc. which are the most popular for employees, in order to help employees to improve time management ability and working efficiency. At the same time, the Company selects excellent lecturers from the lecturer team to form a “Gold Course” lecturer team, which will focus on the development of courses and try to build a complete “Gold Course” system to meet students' demand.
