SCC Holds 27th Anniversary Company Celebration Series of Activities

    On July 3rd, SCC held the First Half Business Briefing & Corporate Culture Publishing Conference, the First "SCC Champion List" Challenge, garden party and other series of activities to celebrate the 27th anniversary of the Company's establishment.

 

  The First Half Business Briefing was held on the afternoon of July 3rd. Yang Zhicheng, Executive Deputy General Manager of SCC, made a briefing to managers at or above the foreman level on the operation performance and business development of the Company in the first half of the year. He noted that in the first half of 2011, the Company was stable in operations, with revenue and profits increased by 44% and 21.53% respectively year-on-year. Through the analysis of the external environment situation, Yang Zhicheng put forward specific requirements for the operations of the Company in the second half of the year. He stressed that all departments, plants and business modules should continue to implement the “Deep Tillage & Coverage” strategy and seize market orders; take all actions to improve quality performance, reduce quality cost and improve on-time delivery rate; enhance supply chain management ability, strengthen logistics control, warehouse management and customer support; strive to overcome technical difficulties, stabilize production lines, break through bottlenecks and improve quality.

 

  After the briefing, the Company held the Corporate Culture Publishing Conference. Consultant Yang Huaiyu expounded the significance of corporate culture construction to the enterprise’s strategic development in combination with classic cases, introduced the construction process of the new system of SCC, and shared his experience in the carding process. Then, Zhou Jinqun, Deputy General Manager of the Company, interpreted the new system of corporate culture, and deployed the key work of corporate culture construction in the next stage. Finally, Yang Zhicheng put forward expectations and demands on the construction of corporate culture system. He said the Company was at a new stage of development and would face greater challenges. The extraction of the corporate culture system would provide a strong support for the development of the enterprise. At the same time, everyone of SCC should practice the spirit of corporate culture in daily work, constantly improve personal spiritual realm, and become the practitioner, communicator and founder of corporate culture to lay a good foundation for the development of the Company. On the scene of the conference, the Company's leaders also presented gold medals to 23 employees who had been on duty for 10 years this year, and expressed gratitude for their dedication and loyalty. Up to now, there are a total of 182 employees serving the Company for over 10 years.


  On the same day, the First "SCC Champion List" Challenge was held at Longgang manufacturing base.  18 employees took part in the finals of PCB count, PCB defects identification and computer typing. Finally, Yan Haiming from the Quality Department, Zhang Qian from the Finished Product Inspection Group of No.2 Plant, and Bian Zhihao from the Drilling Group of No.1 Plant became the champions. Meanwhile, the "High Summer" garden parties were held at Nanshan and Longgang manufacturing bases respectively. Bravely moving forward, robbing chairs, eagle dismantling chickens, shooting papered cannon, playing balls and other games were full of childishness and team spirit, making the employees enjoy themselves to the full.
