“Today's tree planting makes us fresh and energetic. We are not simply putting on a show. We should cherish the

environment as we cherish our own lives……”On the morning of April 23,  after the compulsory tree planting activity of "Green Universiade Memorial Forest" was concluded, the volunteer Xie Jianfeng immediately expressed his feelings on the WeChat.

   On the morning of April 23, SCC organized nearly 70 volunteers to participate in Shenzhen compulsory tree planting activity of "Green Universiade Memorial Forest", who planted more than 30 seedlings on the hillside of Longcheng Park near the main stadium of the Universiade. On the day of the activity, it was drizzling, but it didn't affect the enthusiasm of the volunteers. On the steep hillside, they spaded the soil, and watered the seedlings. Although they were sweating cats and dogs, they said they were very happy as the activity was of great significance.

　　This volunteer activity attracted the participation of many SCC's employees. Among others, the Party Branch I specially set up the volunteer team composed of Party members to actively participate in this activity. Some volunteers even brought their family members together to participate. They hoped that this activity would help their children to raise the awareness of environmental protection, so that they can jointly contribute to the Universiade and Shenzhen's environmental protection.
