In March 2011, the Trade Union of SCC took the opportunity of celebrating the Women's Day, planned and organized a series of activities of "Woman is the Queen", and, though a series of activities focusing on women and families, advocated that all SCC people should respect their female colleagues and care for their friends and family members.

By the end of the first quarter of this year, the number of SCC's female employees accounted for more than a quarter of the total number of employees. SCC has increasingly attached great importance to the protection of the rights and interests of female employees. In addition to giving a traditional women's psychology lecture and half-day paid leave for celebrating the Women's Day, the Trade Union of SCC  also organizes a variety of more creative activities: SCC "Beautiful Delicate Hands" Handwork Contest will be held at the end of this month, so as to display the numerous gifts and considerable arts of SCC's female employees; the expert will be invited to give a lecture on "etiquette"; and the parent-child photograph-taking tour of "Spring is Coming" which takes SCC families as the units will kick off,  to provide SCC's employees with the parent-child communication platform and spring outing opportunities. In particular, it is worth mentioning that the Trade Union of SCC has issued two initiatives of "Non-stop Actions in 365 Days": The first one is the action of "Lady first", for the purpose of prioritizing the respect for the rights and interests of female employees and enhancing the personal qualities of SCC's employees; The second one is the action of "Doing a Thing for Her Today", calling on SCC's employees to give more care and thanksgiving to their families and friends in their spare time.

In addition, for celebrating this Women's Day, the departments have also made every effort to express their respect and concern for female colleagues by carefully preparing good gifts for them.
