On the afternoon of February 23, SCC held 2011 Safety Management Committee Meeting in Longgang factory area. The meeting summarized the work of safety production in 2010 and discussed the key work of safety production in 2011. General Manager You Lei and other leaders of SCC as well as the heads of the departments attended the meeting. 

In 2010, the Safety Management Committee further improved the building of the organizational system, admitted the heads of two major new businesses including packaging substrate and electronic assembly as its members, set up the Office of the Safety Management Committee, and allocated full-time personnel including certified safety engineer and full-time safety director. In terms of the development of the safety management system and the responsibility network, the Safety Management Committee further implemented the work safety responsibility system at the levels of the company, department, process and position, and realized all-rounded management covering both horizontal and longitudinal fronts. In addition, in terms of emergency response, the Office of the Safety Management Committee help the police to successfully uncover two cases in which the employees stole the important property of the Company, and helped the Company to recover the losses of major property. In 2010, thanks to the great importance of the company to work safety and the positive cooperation of various departments, SCC achieved the annual targets of zero accident, zero occupational disease, and 100% timely completion of safety corrections. In 2011, the Safety Management Committee will, centering on the annual targets of zero accident, improve the safety management system and responsibility network system, strengthen the management of the property of the Company, well control occupational diseases, and build a responsible safety culture.

　　At the meeting, the Safety Management Committee also held the ceremony of signing the Commitment Letter of Work Safety Responsibility. General Manager You Lei and other leaders of SCC signed SCC 2011 Commitment Letter of Work Safety Responsibility with the heads of the departments.
