On February 23, SCC held the 2011 Clean Production Committee Meeting in Longgang factory; General Manager You Lei and other leaders of SCC attended the meeting.

The meeting summarized the clean production work of SCC in 2010 and discussed the key work of clean production in 2011. In 2010, SCC carried out clean production work centering on“energy saving, consumption reduction, and emission reduction”, and made outstanding achievements. In terms of conserving water, SCC set up the special team for conserving water, and made the achievements that Nanshan Factory saved 500 tons of water per day, with a tap water saving rate of 27.8%, and Longgang Factory saved 1,300 tons of water per day, with a tap water saving rate of 32.5%. In terms of electricity saving, the chilled water storage system of Longgang Factory run stably, and saved the electricity fees of RMB 1.5 million. In terms of energy consumption, the energy consumption and water consumption per square meter of PCB board intwo factories were lower than the national clean production level I standard throughout the year. In the face of brand-new 2011, SCC still has more work to do in clean production. When explaining the key work of clean production in 2011, General Manager You Lei stressed that, in the new year, the relevant departments should continue to promote the work of conserving water, and focus on promoting the new energy performance contract management model in terms of electricity saving.

　　At the meeting, Vice General Manager Zhou Jinqun pointed out that, as an enterprise with a high sense of social responsibility, clean production has become a card for publicizing SCC. Confronted with the general trend of vigorously promoting energy-saving and emission reduction and low-carbon economy by the governments at all levels, we should focus on internal affairs, improve the working environment for the employees, promote the production processes to carry out internal consumption reduction through 3C cooperation, complete supportive follow-up for new technology and new business, strictly control over the emissions that exceed standards, and implement "Green Purchase" in earnest and transfer it to the front end.
