On February 11, SCC held the video conference on the summary of promoting "zero error" in 2010 and the communication of the plan for promoting "zero error" in 2011 in Nanshan Factory and Longgang Factory at the same time. Li Linhong, Vice General Manager of SCC, and the heads of the department attended the conference.
Since SCC launched the "zero-error" activity in June 2009, the rejection rate has been declined significantly. The concept of standardized operation has been extensively embraced by SCC people. "Zero-error" activity has gradually become part of SCC culture. In 2010, SCC conducted three rounds of "zero error" inspection activities, in which 365 non-conformances were identified, and the departments respectively carried out self-inspection on "zero error". In 2011, SCC will continue to intensify its efforts to carry out special inspections and audits, and enable the star rating system to encourage SCC employees to advance "zero-error" activities toward a new climax.
