Recently, the reporter learned from the HR Department that 2011 campus recruitment of "beginning in the mind and excelling in chipbusiness" will be officially launched on October 18. The recruitment team will go to Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi 'an, Harbin, Changchun, Dalian, Tianjin, Wuhan, Changsha and Nanjing and Hefei to provide 220 job positions for people with talent. In addition, the recruitment team may go to Chongqing, Xiamen, Hangzhou and Shanghai to recruit employees.

   Compared with the campus recruitment in the previous year, the 2011 campus recruitment not only expands the recruitment scope, covering additional cities including Changchun, Tianjin, Hefei, Xiamen, Hangzhou and Shanghai, but also doubles the number of job positions from 103 to 220.

　　After having participated in CATIC Shenzhen's activities of giving introductory sessions on campuses on September 14-18, SCC will start campus recruitment independently since October. In order to strengthen the penetration of SCC's publicity, in step with campus recruitment, SSC will recruit college graduates through two-way selection meetings in the universities. In addition, SCC will cooperate with the professional recruitment agencies for the first time, conduct promotions through the campus BBS, and enhance corporate image by distributing posters on the campus, giving beautiful gifts to the applicants and other ways. Besides, before the start of recruitment, SCC also launched a campus recruitment slogan solicitation campaign.  This recruitment slogan of "beginning in the mind and excelling in chipbusiness" for this recruitment was submitted by Gao Li Xuan, a college graduate of 2010 cohort.
