The 2017 ZTE Global Supplier Conference was held in Shenzhen Futian Shangri-La Hotel from December 8th to December 9th. Yang Cheng, SCC's General Manager, was invited to attend the annual meeting, and Chen Yuchun, Deputy General Manager of SCC's PCB Division, received the“2016 Best Service Support Award on behalf of the Company, with Du Yufang, Quality Department Manager awarded “Excellent Customer Quality Manager".
On the evening of December 8th, ZET's Chairman and President Zhao Xianming invited the general managers of the 31 global long-term suppliers with excellent performance to participate in the “ ZTE Evening of Presidents” in Futian Shangri-La Hotel to discuss cooperation, and SCC was the only PCB enterprise invited.
The following day, over 160 strategic core suppliers, including SCC, joined the 2017 Global Supplier Conference. With its leading edge of technology and outstanding performance in customer service, SCC was highly praised by ZTE, thus presented with the "2016 Best Service Support Award”. ZTE has set the "Excellent Customer Quality Manager” award for the first time this year to recognize and encourage exemplary individuals with outstanding contributions to ZTE's quality support in 2016. ZTE selected two individuals from more than 1,000 suppliers worldwide, and SCC's Quality Department Manger Du Yufang won the title of “Excellent Customer Quality Manager" with her best quality support and high level service in 2016.
