SCC officially kicked off its employee care program "Love Care" on theafternoon of February 23rd. SCC's Deputy General Manager Zhang Lijun, General Manager of Love Care Liu Xianghua and the personnel in charge of the business units and departments attended the meeting.
The program is jointly operated by SCC and China's first all-in-one platform for employee care, a company called "Love Care", with the hope to use the Internet platform favored by young employees as well as the company's experience in serving multiple well-known enterprises to give SCC employees real benefits, make them feel SCC's care for them and improve their sense of belonging.
At the meeting, the representatives of Love Care introduced the functions of the platform and shared its past successful cases, and detailed the customized solutions to providing care services for SCC staff. In her address, Ms. Zhang Lijun introduced the background of the program, and affirmed the importance of the platform's role in implementing the project. SCC's mission is to build a "Home of Heart and Chip", and only when the "heart" is warmed, can the "chip" be more brilliant, said she. The purpose of Love Care is to “make employees feel warmhearted at their jobs", which perfectly coincides with SCC's mission. She hopes to better deliver the Company's care for its employees by means of the platform, so that every care can be truly felt it, the employees can really be involved and sense the warmth of home in SCC, and the construction of SCC's corporate culture can be better promoted.
